You Must Be 21 or Older
Arcade PH is strictly for adults aged 21 and above, consistent with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is required before full account access is granted. Underage accounts will be closed and funds returned.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted one Arcade PH account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances or bonuses will be forfeited without exception.
Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements
All Arcade PH promotions and bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Check each promotion's specific terms for the applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games.
Withdrawals Require Verification
Your first withdrawal from Arcade PH requires identity verification. This is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement and protects all players on the platform from fraud and money laundering.
Philippine Residents Only

1. Introduction
Welcome to Arcade PH. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "you") and Arcade PH ("we", "us", "the Platform"), accessible at arcadeph.net. Arcade PH operates under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which authorises us to offer online gaming services to eligible players in the Philippines.
By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion available on Arcade PH, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules published for individual games, promotions, or competitions available on Arcade PH.

2. Eligibility
To register and participate on Arcade PH, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling participation under PAGCOR regulations in the Philippines.
- You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an Arcade PH employee who has access to non-public game or odds information.
- You must not be self-excluded from Arcade PH or any other PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform at the time of registration.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted for individuals.
Arcade PH reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a member is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all gameplay declared void, and any remaining balance returned subject to applicable deductions. Bonuses and winnings derived during the underage period will be forfeited.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual player is entitled to register and maintain only one Arcade PH account. This includes accounts held under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses. If Arcade PH identifies that a member holds more than one account — whether intentionally or accidentally — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any bonuses or winnings generated across those accounts may be cancelled without notice.
3.2 Accurate Information
You are required to provide complete and accurate personal information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and any other details requested during registration or verification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension. Arcade PH is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the member.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Arcade PH login credentials. Never share your username or password with anyone, including family members. Arcade PH support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact Arcade PH immediately via live chat or email.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
Arcade PH is required by PAGCOR to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time we deem necessary, we will request identity verification documents. Acceptable Philippine documents include: a government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and payment method ownership proof. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until compliance is achieved.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Arcade PH accepts the following Philippine payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard bank cards are also accepted. The availability of specific channels may vary. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit at Arcade PH is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value transactions may be subject to additional verification under PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically reflected in your Arcade PH wallet within minutes of confirmation.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally completed within minutes to a few hours following approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Arcade PH does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
4.4 Withdrawal Method Matching
Withdrawals must, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirement. If the original deposit method is no longer available, Arcade PH will arrange an alternative verified channel during the KYC process.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
Arcade PH offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's terms.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier varies per promotion and will be clearly stated in that promotion's page. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ₱5,000 using bonus funds before the balance becomes withdrawable. Arcade PH reserves the right to check that wagering requirements have been legitimately completed before approving a withdrawal request involving bonus funds.
5.2 Game Contribution
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Fishing games and slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino table games and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage — typically between 10% and 50%. Sabong wagers may have specific contribution rules outlined in each promotion. Check the specific promotion for details before wagering bonus funds.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Arcade PH reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and any resulting winnings if we determine that a member has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — placing systematic low-risk bets designed purely to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other members to exploit bonus structures. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse may be suspended.
5.4 Promotion Validity
All promotions have a validity period, clearly stated on the promotions page. Unclaimed bonuses or bonuses with incomplete wagering at the end of the validity period will expire and be removed from the account. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.
6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games available on Arcade PH use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for applicable games, or are supplied by licensed live casino and game providers. The integrity of game results is independently monitored and not subject to manipulation by Arcade PH staff or systems.
6.1 Technical Errors
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that causes an incorrect game result or payout to be displayed, Arcade PH reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the member's wallet. We will not honour payouts that result from obvious technical errors, regardless of the amount displayed.
6.2 Bet Placement
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Arcade PH system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. Bets are considered final upon confirmation. This applies to all game types including slots, fishing games, live casino tables, sports betting, and sabong markets.
6.3 Responsible Game Play
Arcade PH actively encourages all members to play responsibly. If you feel that your gaming has become problematic, use the self-exclusion and limit tools available in your account settings, or contact our support team. We may impose limits or restrict access to any member we believe is exhibiting signs of problem gambling.
7. Sabong and Live Betting Specific Rules
Sabong betting on Arcade PH involves live cockfighting derbies broadcast from licensed arenas across the Philippines. The following additional rules apply specifically to sabong and other live betting markets.
7.1 Betting Windows
Wagering on sabong fights closes a defined period before each bout begins. Bets placed after the closing time will not be accepted. Arcade PH is not responsible if a player's connection issues prevent a bet from being placed before the deadline.
7.2 Fight Cancellations and Void Bets
If a sabong fight is cancelled, abandoned, or officially declared void by the arena referee or governing body, all bets placed on that fight will be fully refunded to the member's Arcade PH wallet. Partial fight results that do not produce an official winner will similarly result in void bets and full stake refunds.
7.3 Official Results
The official result declared by the arena referee is final and will be used to settle all bets. Arcade PH does not accept disputes based on a player's personal interpretation of a fight's outcome. Video replays or alternative feeds are for informational purposes only and do not constitute official results.
7.4 Sports and NBA Betting
For sports betting markets including NBA and PBA, Arcade PH uses official league results from recognised sports data providers. All bets are settled based on the final official result at the conclusion of the scheduled game, unless otherwise stated in specific market rules. Overtime results are included unless stated otherwise.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Arcade PH. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, harvest odds information, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes or promotional systems.
- Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on Arcade PH.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain funds, credits, or advantages not legitimately earned. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources and attempting to withdraw them as gaming winnings.
- Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute or reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for funds legitimately deposited and used on Arcade PH. Accounts with active chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
- Providing false identity documents or impersonating another individual during the KYC process.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing Arcade PH customer support staff in any channel.
- Sharing access to your account with another person, or using another person's account without authorisation.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Arcade PH collects, processes, and stores personal data from its members in accordance with Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on Arcade PH, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communication about your account and available promotions. Arcade PH does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as required by law.

10. Account Closure and Suspension
10.1 Voluntary Closure
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting Arcade PH support. Prior to closure, any pending bonus wagering requirements must be noted. Balances remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal terms.
10.2 Arcade PH Initiated Closure
Arcade PH reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that a member has violated these Terms, is suspected of fraud or money laundering, has provided false information, or if continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the platform. In cases of fraudulent activity, balances may be withheld pending investigation.
10.3 Self-Exclusion
Members may request self-exclusion — a temporary or permanent restriction on their Arcade PH account — through the Responsible Gaming settings in their account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. After a cooling-off period, members who wish to return must formally request account reactivation and undergo responsible gaming review.
11. Limitation of Liability
Arcade PH provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Arcade PH's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform will not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Arcade PH is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits or gaming winnings arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
12. Changes to These Terms
Arcade PH reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active members via email or a notice displayed within the platform. The updated Terms will display the effective date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of Arcade PH after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
