Section 5
When Information May Be Shared
Arcade PH does not sell member information. Personal data may be disclosed only when reasonably required to operate the platform, complete a member request, protect legitimate interests, satisfy legal obligations, or investigate harmful or prohibited activity.
Arcade PH may work with carefully selected providers that support payment processing, identity confirmation, hosting, technical maintenance, communication delivery, analytics, customer support, security monitoring, game operation, and fraud prevention. These providers should receive only the information needed for their assigned function.
Information may also be disclosed to competent regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies, or other public authorities where Arcade PH is legally required to respond. Where permitted, Arcade PH reviews requests for proper scope and authority before providing information.
If Arcade PH undergoes a reorganisation, business transfer, or ownership change, relevant records may be transferred as part of that process. Any receiving party would be expected to continue protecting personal information and use it consistently with applicable privacy obligations.
Section 6
Security Measures and Data Retention
Arcade PH uses organisational, technical, and access-control measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, improper alteration, and disclosure. Measures may include restricted staff access, account monitoring, secure transmission processes, credential controls, record review, and incident-response procedures.
No online service can promise absolute security. Members also have an important role. Use a strong password that is not reused elsewhere, keep your mobile number and email account secure, log out on shared devices, and report unusual Arcade PH activity without delay.
Arcade PH retains information for as long as the account remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards. The exact period depends on the type of record and why it is held. Financial, identity, dispute, responsible gaming, and security records may need to be retained longer than routine preference information.
When information is no longer reasonably required, Arcade PH may delete it, anonymise it, or place it beyond ordinary operational use. A deletion request does not always mean that every record can be removed immediately, especially where retention is needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, transaction records, or the establishment of legal claims.
Section 7
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable Philippine law and appropriate identity checks, an Arcade PH member may request access to certain personal information, ask for inaccurate details to be corrected, object to particular processing, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or request deletion when continued retention is not required.
Arcade PH may ask for enough information to confirm that a request comes from the account holder. This step protects members from unauthorised disclosure. Arcade PH will review each request fairly and explain when a request cannot be completed in full.
Access Your Information
Ask Arcade PH for a summary of relevant personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable limitations.
Correct Account Details
Request correction when your name, contact details, residential information, or other account records are inaccurate.
Manage Promotions
Change your preference for optional promotional messages without losing essential Arcade PH account notifications.
Raise a Privacy Concern
Contact Arcade PH if you believe information has been handled incorrectly or want an explanation of a privacy practice.
Submitting a request: Write to support@arcadeph.net using the email associated with your Arcade PH account. Describe the request clearly, but do not include passwords, one-time passwords, or complete payment credentials.
Section 8
Cookies, Devices, and Website Analytics
Arcade PH may use cookies and similar browser storage to keep members signed in, remember preferences, support security controls, understand website performance, and maintain essential functions. Some cookies operate only during a browser session, while others may remain for a limited period.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, payment, preference, or security features from working properly. Arcade PH uses technical information to improve page loading, identify errors, and understand which device types need better support.
Analytics should be used to understand the website at an aggregated or operational level rather than to reveal information for an unrelated purpose. Arcade PH does not authorise third parties to use member data for their own unrelated advertising merely because they provide a technical service.
Section 9
Age Restrictions and Responsible Gaming Privacy
Arcade PH services are intended only for people who meet the minimum legal age stated in the Terms and Conditions. Arcade PH may request age evidence and close or restrict an account when the member cannot demonstrate eligibility.
Responsible gaming information can include deposit limits, session controls, cooling-off requests, self-exclusion status, and support communications. Arcade PH treats this information carefully and uses it to apply requested protections, meet applicable obligations, and support safer account management.
A self-exclusion record may need to remain on file even after an account is closed. Retaining that limited record helps Arcade PH honour the exclusion and prevents a new account from bypassing the member's previous request. Members can learn more on the Responsible Gaming page.
Arcade PH encourages every member to set a sensible entertainment budget, avoid chasing losses, and never use money needed for food, housing, bills, education, healthcare, or other essentials. Privacy safeguards work alongside responsible gaming tools to create a safer account environment.
Section 10
Policy Updates, Complaints, and Contact Details
Arcade PH may update this Privacy Policy when services, technology, legal requirements, payment arrangements, or information-handling practices change. The effective date near the top of the page will show when the current version took effect.
When an update materially changes how personal information is used, Arcade PH may provide an account notice or another appropriate communication. Continued use after an update means the current policy will apply to subsequent activity, subject to any consent that may be required by law.
If you have a question, complaint, or privacy request, contact Arcade PH at support@arcadeph.net. Include your registered name, the email or mobile number associated with the account, and a concise description of the issue. Do not send your password, complete card information, e-wallet credentials, or one-time passwords.
Arcade PH will review privacy concerns in good faith and may ask follow-up questions where necessary. Complex requests may take longer when transaction records, identity documents, security events, or multiple service providers must be checked. Arcade PH will provide an explanation whenever reasonably possible.
